What Documents to Request From a Gum Arabic Supplier

A commercial offer without linked documentation is incomplete. Here is what a properly qualified gum arabic offer should include.
Core Documents
- Technical Data Sheet (TDS) specific to the grade quoted
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) tied to the actual lot
- Approved certificate scope (e.g. Halal, Kosher, ISO) matched to your market
- Packing specification and export documentation for your destination
Why Lot-Specific Matters
A generic TDS describes the grade in general; a COA describes the specific lot being shipped. Both should be requested and matched to the batch identity on your purchase order before goods are dispatched.
If a supplier cannot provide a lot-specific COA before shipment, treat that as a quality-process gap, not a formality.
Numerical specifications, certificates and claims referenced above are illustrative. Confirmed limits are published only from the approved TDS, current COA and certificate scope for the specific grade you request — see our Quality & Documentation page for what Nabatica provides as standard.
